Bu sitedeki tasarım, metinler, logolar, 3D modeller, render görüntüleri ve fotoğrafların aksi belirtilmedikçe tüm hakları MAG3D’ye aittir. Yazılı izin alınmadan kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz, değiştirilemez veya ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.
3. Portfolyodaki maketler ve markalar
Portfolyoda yer alan maket ve modeller, müşterilerimizin siparişi üzerine ölçekli temsil (maket) amacıyla ürettiğimiz çalışmalardır. Bu çalışmaların temsil ettiği gerçek ürün, araç ve sistemlere ait isim, marka, tasarım ve diğer tüm haklar ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir.
MAG3D bu ürünlerin üreticileri veya marka sahipleriyle herhangi bir ortaklık, bayilik, temsil ya da onay ilişkisi iddia etmez. Bu nedenle sitede ürün ve üretici adlarına yer verilmemiştir. Bazı görsellerde görünen müşteri logo ve markaları, o müşteri için üretilen işin bir parçasıdır ve ilgili firmalara aittir.
4. Tanıtım videoları
Hizmet sayfalarındaki bazı videolar, hizmetin genel işleyişini tanıtmak amacıyla kullanılan lisanslı stok görüntülerdir. Kendi işlerimizin görselleri Portfolyo sayfasında yer alır.
5. Hak ihlali bildirimi

Unless stated otherwise, all rights to the design, text, logos, 3D models, renders and photographs on this site belong to MAG3D. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without written permission.
3. Models in the portfolio and trademarks
The models shown in the portfolio are scale representations made to our customers' orders. All names, trademarks, designs and other rights relating to the real products, vehicles and systems they depict belong to their respective owners.
MAG3D claims no partnership, dealership, representation or endorsement relationship with the manufacturers or trademark owners of these products, which is why product and manufacturer names are not used on this site. Customer logos visible in some images are part of the work made for that customer and belong to the respective companies.
4. Promotional videos
Some videos on the service pages are licensed stock footage used to illustrate how the service works in general. Images of our own work are on the Portfolio page.
5. Infringement notices
If you believe any content on this site infringes your rights, email info@magmaket.com describing the content and your ownership. We will review your notice promptly and remove the content without delay if the claim is justified.
6. Nature of information
Information on this site is for general presentation. Quantity ranges, lead times and methods are indicative; the terms for each job are set out in the written quote we send you.
